6th-8th grade houses

Most the 6th-8th grades did the trees and the houses situated at the far end of the fence (the night part)
Below is Brianna's purple house, Gabrieal's polka dot house, Lesean's yellow house, Kenya's house with the stick figure, and Indiya's peach colored house.

Field Trip to Art Museum

Part of our field trip was doing an art project...

Celebrating Art Winners!!

The following student's artwork was chosen to be published in next year's "Celebrating Art" book. The Matisse Rooms were a big hit with Celebrating Art, three of them were chosen. Congrats!! Thanks for your hard work in art class.

Matisse's Colorful Rooms

Matisse= Patterns and Bright and Bold Colors.

After looking at some colorful rooms by Matisse (we saw some of his rooms up close and personal at the museum :-)) we made our own using paint and oil pastel. You can see, I also showed them one of favorite Matisse's, The goldfish!
